More old TWC incentives: Camilla/Zedwig and Xylic/Hope
The one was Camilla was drawn referencing an old Rita Hayworth/Glenn Ford photo. I saw I and I was like that’s so Camilla. And Zedwig was to be the clear recipient of such teasing.
For Xylic and Hope, he’s either rescuing her from a dragon or carrying her over a puddle
Over on the comic fury forums we had a drawing prompt: turn your antagonist into a protagonist and I tried, but…
Here’s Fang, Camilla, and Zedwig if Fang had never gone ballistic. Fang is King of Schloeffelonia, Camilla is Queen, and Zedwig is the Chief Royal Mage.
But in keeping their core character traits intact, I can already see the cracks in the seams of these three. Maybe it’s more kicking the can down the road than actual reformation. Something’s gotta give.
Working on the newest page, I’m really into this panel because it says so many things. Oh sure, it’s a little shy, a little embarrassed, a little exasperated, but underneath that *he likes the attention*, the little stinker. The shy nerd in him who always got ignored and felt stupid and insufficient at court is getting worshipped by the powerful. This is the root of all of his troubles! I want to shake him and tell him to stoppit!
He ain’t gonna stoppit tho, not yet.
