..the moment of relief, when you find your keys, which for a few seconds you thought you might have dropped someplace in a vast rice paddy field, in a completely different country, but then realised you had them in a safe place after all! Normally I keep my keys on a carabiner clip clipped to my trousers, but for some reason I zipped them into my jacket pocket instead. I had just been messing about in a rice paddy field in Muang Sing, Laos, and when i got back to my bike I had a moment of horror at finding no keys attached to the carabiner. Haha..tragedy averted., because they were in my pocket after all. ..but actually, I thankfully had a spare set i had brought along packed away in any case.
