After Girl Meets Stem I kinda ship Zay and Sarah
Chapter III: The Wise Old Pheonix
Zayrah climbed a huge mountain to get to the wise old pheonix.
"Wise old pheonix," she said "I need a feather from you."
"Why?" the red bird asked, cocking his head to one side.
"Great Owl needs it to-"
"Oh, yes, yes, I remember, I'm sorry, it's just at 457,285 years old it's hard to catch on." The Pheonix interrupted. "I'll go check my nest for any molted feathers, and if I don't find any, your on your own."
Chapter II: The Witch's Castle
Zayrah knew where to get a golden oyster; at the witch's wicked castle. Itchy was perched on Zayrah's shoulder.
When they came to the witch's castle, Zayrah froze.
"That is one spooky caste!" Itchy commented.
"It's p-prob-bably n-not as b-bad as it s-seems." Zayrah studdered. Zayrah found the doorbell; it was in a small, golden dragon mouth. Zayrah rang, and she withdrew her hand fast enough to avoid the mouth snapping her finger off. BONG! The ring went, echoing through the castle.
"Come in." a slow, squeaky voice said from inside the building. The door creeeaked open. "Well, what are you waiting for?" the voice snapped "Come in!"
Cautiously, Zayrah came in. She was welcomed by a witch sitting by a fire. This witch, like any other, had stiff strings for hair like the bristle of a broom, her crooked hat like a black castle on a mountain, and a long, green, nose like a branch on a tree, complete with a two gray haired mole on the end.
"I'm surprised my doorbell didn't snap your fingers off, darling." the witch had said, with a wicked smirk on her ugly, green face. "Anywho, my name is Annete, Anne if you please, at your service." said the witch.
"Well, Anne, I was just wondering if you had a golden oyster." said Zayrah.
"Well dearie..." suddenly, an ear-piercing cry came from behind two purple curtains. "Oh, heaven's sake," Anne said "the baby's upset again." Anne rushed to a box filled with minature elephants, about the size of two 9-year old hands, and written with a sharpie the box read:
BABY FEWD
Zayrah knew witches spelled horribly, and it always made her snicker to look at witch's misspelling like "noe traspasing" or "keep owt". Anne picked up one of the mini elephants, it squirmed in her arms.
"Calm down!" Anne hissed at the frightened elephant. "I'm puttin gyou out of your misery, you mangy animal!" All Zayrah heard from behind the curtain was the crying stop, the squeal of an elephant, the cruching of bones, and the burp of a baby. After that symphony of sounds, a bare skull flopped out from behind the curtain
"How gruesome!" thought Zayrah. Anne came out.
"Anyway," she said "if i give you a golden oyster, it will cost you 20 dollars." Zayrah handed Anne the 100 dollar bill, Anne gave her the $80 back, and said, "Thank you!"
Chapter I: Great Owl is Dying
Zayrah sat boredly in her seat, twirling a piece of mahogany hair around her index finger.
"Class dismissed" said Miss Ermitano, swishing her fox tail around her legs. "Wait, Zayrah." said Miss Ermitano. Zayrah was afraid she was in trouble. "You got a letter from...The Great Owl." Miss Ermitano said, twitching her ear nervously.
"T-The Great Owl?" said Zayrah, bug-eyed in astonishment.
"Yes." Miss Ermitano said, her brown eyes looking very seriously. Zayrah carefully took the letter and read is aloud:
Dear Miss Andrews,
I am dying and I need a quester to get these three items for me:
a golden oyster
a feather from the red pheonix
a molted shell from the silver sea turtle
These items will make me healthy again and you will be rewarded.
Love,
The Great Owl :D
"You'd better get to that quest" Miss Ermitano said. "I will call your mother and tell her." Miss Ermitano reached in her purse and pulled out a $100 bill. "For your food." she explained.
Zayrah packed her things and left.
"Good luck!" Miss Ermitano yelled.
"Yeah" Zayrah said to herself, "good luck."

Zayrah and the Quest for the Sapphire of Life: Introduction
Zayrah listened to the roar of the pencil sharpener as it grinded her pencil. Zayrah lives in a place called "Fantasia" where everything is immortal. Zayrah had long brownish red hair that fell down to her waist like a mohagany waterfall. Her blue eyes buttered people up even if they were as mad as a bull in a red-painted room. What kept Fantasia alive and immortal was called The Sapphire of Life. The Sapphire of Life is very fragile and is kept in one piece by The Great Owl. The Great Owl is mortal, she has owl wings, she can see in the dark, and she can call other owls, otherwise, she is a woman. Zayrah can talk to animals, and she is thankful of this power, she is always talking to squirrels or something. Itchy is Zayrah's friend, and he is a flea. Miss Ermitano was Zayrah's teacher, owning a fox tail and fox ears, long black hair almost always in a ponytail, and a silver watch on her wrist.
