Alright, Ashevillians! Are you ready to start hero training? Here's your first mission: Save ZaPow from greedy destruction!
ZaPow supports a community of over 100 independent artists in Asheville and abroad by giving them a place to showcase and sell their work. Recently, their landlord has drastically increased their rent, giving them until the 30th of June to come up with the funds. We think this isnβt just βa shameβ that weβll shake our heads about and carry on with our lives, but something completely unacceptable that weβd like to try and stop!
This Sunday the 26th, from 1pm to 4pm, weβll be setting up shop with our button makers at ZaPow. Come make a button, whether itβs out of comics, pages of books, or even art from ZaPow artists. Every cent will go straight to helping those at ZaPow reach their goal!
