So yesterday I pop into a great new cafe/ bakery in Inglewood. They were told that a single bean is the way to go for their espresso. I think for most roasters that would give you a 1 dimensional espresso shot. For me a espresso blend will give the 4 characteristics for a prefect espresso shot.
