Mind set on approaching him after his photography class, you waited outside his class, in the hall and settled on a bench, diving in your textbook to get some study done meanwhile. It seemed 45 minutes had swept by in a blink of an eye when you checked the time but before you could go back to your reading, someone slid in the empty seat next to you, and that too, too close for your comfort. You recognize him from your major, heart sinking and annoyance bubbling up in you. He had been pestering you to go out on a date with him for a while and never seemed to take your hint. You scoot away from him, hoping he’d give up and leave but much to your dismay he had no plans of doing that.

“So...how about a date?” he asked, scooting closer to you, not caring about personal space or making you feel uncomfortable. You open your mouth to retaliate but get cut off by the asshole. “Don’t say you have a boyfriend. I know you don’t..he’s never with you anyway..some boyfriend if you ask me”, he smirks making you cringe and internally wanting to punch him in the face.But you never were never one for confrontation. You roll your eyes at his monologue of being a better boyfriend and treating you better, listing of all his qualities and what not. Unbeknownst to you, your boyfriend’s class had been dismissed and students were walking out of the class and going their separate ways except for one person, who was sending death glares to the egotistic prick.

Upon recognizing the guy from the few times you pointed him out to Yuvin and realizing that he had no intentions of backing away or respecting your boundaries, he started to make his way towards the two of you, his whole being radiating anger and it seemed he was out for blood. He knew what he had to do to make sure that no one else even thinks about hitting on you or make you feel uncomfortable. He needed to show everyone you were his. That’s what he exactly did.

All he saw was red when he stood in front the two of you, glaring at the guy with such coldness that you swore you could see his soul leave his body. His eyes visibly softened when Yuvin turned to you, grabbing your hand and pulling you up from the bench and without a word or a warning, pulled you into a heated kiss. One hand now holding the back of your neck, the other pulling you into him as if you’d disappear if he let go off you. After the initial shock of him kissing you died down, you sighed into the kiss, one hand on his shoulder and the other clenching on to the front of his shirt. After what seemed like an eternity, the two of you finally parted, lips swollen after the desperate kiss. “Well, that was one way to let our relationship be public”, you giggle, ignoring your rapid heartbeat.
