First of all, people need to stop hating on ships. We all have opinions, so respect them. Don’t bash on people’s ships whether they’re canon or not. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Stop disrupting what can be a peaceful, non-hateful environment. Don’t like it? Fine. You can say that. You can say why, too. Have a friendly debate, even. Just be nice about it and stop disrespecting other people’s opinions.
Secondly, stop assuming that just because two people are in a relationship, it means they’re having sex.
Thirdly, if there are people out there who think there’s “too much gay” or they’re “overdoing it by making more than one gay couple” then I’m sorry to ask how having two straight couples isn’t overdoing it? Being gay/part of the LGBTQ+ community isn’t something unnatural or uncommon. It shouldn’t be pointed out as something you can only use once in a show or something. Nobody complains when everyone in a movie is straight or dating the opposite sex.
