Krow does indeed have a love interest! I ship him with my version of Usagi, named Yukito in my AU. Yukito is an arctic hare YΕkai, but he follows the same idea of being a rΕnin who is a bodyguard for hire.

Him and Yukito meet roughly 6 months after the invasion and the events within the main Radiant Souls fic I'm writing. I'm actually in the process of writing a separate fic about how they first meet that will be very cute!
Krow and Yukito do eventually marry, they're pretty much soulmates. As their relationship grows, both of them like the idea of open relationships/polyamory. By that point in their late 20s/early 30s, both of them have worked out many emotional issues and have grown a lot as people, so this arrangement is a good thing for multiple reasons I won't list to keep this shorter. But I really love the idea of an OC or some other character being involved with one or both of them and having a polycule. It really satisfies my multishipper heart. π
And yes, he does want kids of his own later on! Even well before he's old enough and ready to be a parent, Krow has always been the protective older brother type who's good with kids. Kids flock to him, admire him, and follow his lead. (Must be another genetic thing since his mom is the same in her own quirky way lol.) If the polycule thing happens, then it's also possible for the other partner(s) to be involved with parenting if they so choose to. Or not. Tons of options!
In any case, I'm in the process of making fan kids too. Nothing is set in stone, but I am at least confident that the first kid is adopted and the second kid is biological.
As for Krow meeting his mom, he absolutely does! No way he can avoid it now that he's in the present timeline. She will be within RS too and has a fun role in the story. She's slated to appear pretty soon, actually. However, she and Krow will be kept separated for quite some time for plot reasons. But them finally meeting is definitely an inevitability and it's gonna be very fun when they do heheheh.
