“Oh, the apples are fine, I’ll make them mine,” Killer B rapped. “Buy some for later, make myself greater, oh yeah!” Yugito groaned and rubbed at her temples. She was trying to shop for groceries but B’s company was giving her a headache. Ever since their last jinchuuriki meeting, B had hardly left her side. Yes, Akatsuki was a dangerous organization. Yes, the thought that she was at the top of their hit list sent a shudder down her spine. Yes, she needed to be careful and stay safe. But did B really think a terrorist would come and whisk her away in the middle of a grocery store in Kumogakure?

Summary: The last few months had been an absolute whirlwind. The Akatsuki had begun to mobilize, attacking all of the villages as they pursued the jinchuriki. If it weren’t for the fact that Itachi had been secretly reporting on their activities, everything would have been lost.

Not only that, but the five kages had met a few days ago. Only a small handful knew what the meetings were about, but one thing was clear: things were getting serious.

And not long after that meeting, Sakura is sent on an S-Rank mission: to protect Yugito Nii, the two-tail's jinchuriki, from the Akatsuki. Why? Well, it turns out that Yugito is Sakura's soulmate.

And once Sakura and Yugito meet, they instantly form a bond, but the bond of soulmates is far beyond what Sakura imagined.
