People? Whis suspects what Trunks means is ‘mortals.’ And, well, it won’t do to remind anyone of a certain kai, least of all young Trunks. He settles more comfortably in his seat with an affected sigh, flashing the young half-Saiyan beside him a cool but cordial smile. “Why, I think the vast majority of you are quite pleasant conversation partners... with some notable exceptions, unfortunately.”

His gaze flickered to the night sky, and right away he could make out where Planet Vegeta once belonged. ❝Right there...❞ He pointed towards that one particular spot in the night sky. ❝That’s where my old home planet used to be. It’s all dust and rock now,❞ he explained. He figured if he enjoyed looking at the stars that he would be interested to know about his father’s origins.

He’d rub the back of his head and give a little laugh. “Thanks Trunks, I have faith in you too.” It really was something seeing Trunks again, but this time he wasn’t so much taller than him. Surreal almost actually. But it was always good to see an old friend.
