When you want to do something but you already know it's bad, those are called your instincts. With that let me just say that your heart is always right. It's the mind that will lie and play games with you. It's when we ignore and deny our instinct... We break our own hearts.

It peeves me so much when people THINK that they are scared, petrified of their minds idea of phobias, when they can't climb over their hurdles, and then blame it on others. Nothing is stopping you except yourself, and you have own up to it. I know there are some serious cases out there, and I understand. But for the rest of us, the majority, get off your high horse, get to work and shut the fuck up.
