Getting ready for the weekend 😎 . . Planning a fun weekend with friends and family. 😍. . . How does a low country boil 🥘 sound? Or do you call it Frogmore stew? Or steam pot? . . Whatever you call it, we love it! We pile in shrimp, potatoes, onions, corn on the cob, lemons, hot sausages, and crab legs (when available) and of course some old bay seasoning! 🥘. Then we dump the whole pot out on a “carefully crafted” board for all to gather around. 🤗 . . We do at least one or two a year. The outdoor kitchen is the perfect place to host this fun event. . . Sharing a closer view of our “new” old sink, that was three legged when we found it. We loved the metal cabinet is just as we found it. The chopping block was purchased new for our very first little starter home. It has been moved around a lot over the years. And of course the screened door that my dad made. It was salvaged from the original cabin that is now our outdoor kitchen😎. (You can see some before shots in previous posts of the kitchen). . .
