He’s home. He knows it when he touches the ground again. If you asked him how he knew it, he couldn’t tell you. Maybe it was something in the air, maybe it was something about how the ground under his feet felt. All he knew was that he was home.
Disoriented and lost, not entirely sure where on Earth he was, Tommy did the first and only thing that really came natural to him. He ran. Checking his surroundings in a grid pattern, he searched for anything familiar, stopping when he found a familiar face while racing through a hospital.
