Big missing Yorgrim hours
I’m gonna be honest, I’m…not the biggest fan of Cold Iron. If you like it, that’s fine, but it feels too much like a Disney villain song to me.
I know Under Your Shadow is very reminiscent of Hellfire, which IS a Disney villain song, but I felt like it worked there, since the Crimson Abbot is very reminiscent of Frollo. But. Idk, the music for Cold Iron feels too musical, if that makes sense? Especially considering the context, and how CM Yorgrim is exhausted (mentally and physically) and the whispers of the spirits have severed that last thread of his humanity.
I know that the gang are happy with it, and the song is fine on its own, I’m just not the biggest fan of it with context in mind
it is so funny to me that (atleast in the crooked moon songs) Marius now has a deeper voice then Yorgrim.especially since they had their whole twink argument in Pholsense.
(I still think their voices fit them really well the more theatrical one for Marius is really awesome)
