Instructions: Put the Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl and mix them together. Mix it well until it's smooth. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet or tray. Put little dots of the yogurt mixture on the parchment paper with a small spoon or a piping bag. Put a mixed berry or half a berry on top of each dot of yogurt and slowly press it in. Put the yogurt dots in the freezer for two to three hours, or until they are hard. Take the yogurt dots off the parchment paper and enjoy once they are frozen. Any extra frozen yogurt dots can be kept in the freezer in a container that won't let air in.
