The Cerberus Malgam has an interesting design. The arms of the Malgam's base are holding the heads on a chain, and the body itself is upside-down. Since it's upside down, the other arm of the base is a primary one. Overall, I think like this design. It's more feral-looking than the Moon Malgam, which had a more calculated sadism to it.
