I work for a temp. agency, and after working at so many companies, I realize I DO NOT want to work for anyone. Yes, the pay is good and I remain humble, BUT I refuse to live the rest of my life letting someone control it. When you are an employee, the company controls when you arrive and leave work, when your lunch is, how long, your pay wage, your title, if you get benefits…The list just goes on unfortunately. So people chose to be controlled under these employers for the majority of their lives and then, when they retire then they are able to relax. A 9-5 job will pay the bills but you still remain as having a JOB and that just means you are Just Over Broke. Despite having a job you are still just getting by. So why not have a career, a business to set YOUR OWN RULES. Imagine you get paid exactly what YOU say and don’t you dare talk low. Lets talk millions, billions, because that’s ALL I see.
