It's nice to see another person who loves Lars. Him and Mayor Dewey are two of my favorites and neither seem to get much love in the community or the show (the former with development and the latter with screen time in general). Here's hoping Lars finally gets some development that STICKS for longer than an episode (and maybe Dewey at least gets another cameo? Sometime? Please?)
true !! we haven’t seen dewey play a real part in an episode in a while. which, like, i’d allow if the episodes weren’t all based around the town. if steven was in space or on gem adventures, i wouldn’t blink twice about dewey not being around, but when we’re in town, talking to townspeople, appreciating the town ... the mayor should definitely be there.
anyways ! dee and i absolutely adore lars for all that he is. we’re hoping that any development he gets here actually sticks around for once !
