An Eevee, missing it's left eye, and a Riolu, missing it's right eyes, approach slowly and carefully "How are you healing?" The Eevee asks. Can you open your eyes yet or...is that not possible yet?"
"Do you need help with anything?" The riolu asks, tugging on some of it's own bandages nervously "I don't mind helping out around here..if your OK with it that is."
Kappa felt a wave of embarrassment wash over her. Did she really look to helpless to these Pokemon? She wasn't able to look at herself to check anymore.
[Kappa]
"I know this house like the back of my claw. I can take care of myself just fine."
"As for my eyes, they are completely gone."
She runs a gentle claw over the scar where her left eye used to be.
"They were severely damaged, so the doctors who worked on me elected to have them removed entirely. My eyelids were also just... gone."
"I remember they offered to do an operation where they gave me new eyelids and some glass eyes. Said I would look like nothing had ever happened. But, I didn't want to go through the effort of taking care of them, so I had them just. Sew my eyesockets shut?"
"Like, a lot of what you're seeing here-"
Kappa makes circle motions with her claw around her face.
"-is the result of plastic surgery. I would look MUCH more maimed otherwise."
