     Neo was going to kill her for taking this one, but Dawn really didn’t give a shit.  Yang Xiao Long, the one that always seemed to show up to humiliate Roman and be an all around detriment to Cinder’s plans.  Dawn could have shot her dead from this vantage point, but that wasn’t really how she liked to do things.  Unlike her brother, she liked to earn her paychecks.

Once she saw Yang hit the ground, she bolted towards her teammate. She quickly knelt next to her, picking Yang up in her arms.to try and get the blonde to look at her. “Yang-- focus. Keep your eyes open. I’ll get you help.”

Blake brushed a bit of hair from Yang’s face as her gaze floated. “Ruby needs you-- this team needs you. ... I need you, Yang.”

Blake moves to try and get Yang on her feet but the blonde winced before shaking her head.

She didn’t want to try. Even she knew that she wouldn’t survive.

“Yang, please,” Blake whispered as she saw the fire slowly dying out.

I don’t think either of you knew that the buzzer rang.” He trusted his Mercury when he said that he’d hadn’t heard it – but he didn’t understand why either of them would be set up like that. Someone had to of set them up. “You’re still a part of team RWBY – I’m sure they’ll come around soon.” He smiles as she digs into the burger and fries. “I wasn’t sure what you liked, so I just grabbed something from the vendors.”
