- The man who commissioned the Judson Ogram Correctional Facility
- Greenlit the use of Parepin being introduced into the U.S water supply. Parepin is like an antidepressant, according to the government it boosts the immune system greatly but they intentionally leave out how it numbs emotion and ambition. People grow apathetic and complacent.
- Funded the research that led to the mandatory Blue Pills for those serving as soldiers. The Blue Pills reintroduce aggression formerly lost to Parepin. Another type called "Red Pills" are rewarded to soldiers with a penchant for homicide, they supposedly "erase the line between killing and fucking."
- His permanently injured eye and mouth scar are the aftermath of an attempt on his life by the Angry Sniper.
