Dynamics of the Pack

David - the leader

David leads, making decisions for the pack when a consensus cannot be made, or when the vote is too close to call. Decides where they will go, when, and why, always the one keeping information close.

Dwayne - the fixer

Dwayne is the mender of the group, finding problems before they become major issues and fixing them. He resolves tension and conflicts, keeping the pack functional.

Thorn - the finder

Thorn wanders the furthest afield of any of the pack, finding new territory, prey, interesting tidbits for David's consideration. Thorn maintains the pack's boundaries, both external and internal.

Paul - the heart

Paul is the emotional heart of the pack, giving a nonjudgmental outlet for thoughts and feelings. Unlike Dwayne who fixes issues, Paul simply allows the issues to be aired, so resolving can happen.

Marko - the conscience

Marko plays a large part in the pack's collective conscience, keeping them from straying too far into impulses. Marko reminds them to maintain balance, even when in a difficult situation where winning seems more important.

Michael - the recorder

Michael functions as something of a remote observer, a note-taker. Michael keeps the history of the pack, helping to support internal order. Michael guards the pack's secrets, knowledge they've gained kept at their fingertips alone.
