CW for suicide

Jax's abstraction portion of the episode felt like it was exploring the idea of "what if you could talk to someone who just committed suicide?" What if you could hear their story, and have them show you why they think they deserved to die? What if they told you they didn't need you? What if they told you to go away?

Then you tell them they were cared for. They're still cared for. Their body will be laid to rest carefully, in a comfortable place.

People cried over them. The people they hurt were still angry with them, and so confused, and they don't forgive them but they hold on to the hope that had they lived, they could have changed.

They could have done something different. They could have made amends. They could have done anything. If they had kept going, they could have changed. They could have been happier if they had lived.

But they didn't. They're looking at you, realizing all of the life they're going to miss, and they regret it. They regret not living to see another day. They regret not doing that thing they always wanted to do, or having that conversation they were too scared to have.
