Not even a second in my life that I regretted this kind of commitment I started more than 5 years ago. Back then, I was never sure if I can stick to my decision to be with you but what I only know until this very moment that I was happy, I am happy and I will always be happy to be in this kind of stir.

I won’t deny that sometimes I lose focus, I loved you a little less, I found new affection from somebody because of the fact that this distance is screwing us. But I always find myself coming back and longing for you. You know well, and everyone around me, that my first love is not you. It’s not something I can keep to myself but not something I can tell carelessly either. But I chose you, I chose the comfort I find in you. I chose you even though distance is killing the little hope in me.

Day came, with hopes are high, trembling hands and warmed heart, I realized that distance is just a number. 4th year came, I met the reationship I have taken for , well discreetly. Kisses were sweet, hugs were comforting, stories were interesting. Not the complete you, just some beautiful parts of your everything, namely Arvie, Ate Erna, Kristin and Gen. The meeting was awkward (for me with some problem meeting new people) but pleasant. Plus, I finally met the reason why this relationship exists, Kuya James :) And another moment followed just a year after. And hoping, in God’s grace, I will be able to meet everyone, the complete You.

And by the way, the relationship I’ve been talking all this while is not some “flower boy” living in the next block or a co-worker who swept me off my feet, but my forever love, YAPSTERS :)

Before, I believed this club just exists because of Kuya James, but dang, I’m wrong. Pretty shallow. So I’m replacing that thought with something deep (naks! Hahaha)

I think the soul reasons why we’re few minutes away from our 5th year are our LOVE for Kuya, our LOVE for basketball, our LOVE for our passion and our LOVE for our co-members. Just what some infamous quote says, “Love, Love, Love!” (No harm done here, right? XD )
