im too lazy to jot it all down at once but seeing susie helplessly in love with noelle is so...

painful?

she just brings noelle up every second she can and i have to kinda stare at that while knowing that she's been a great friend throughout the game for the player and kris.

i get that the idea that both susie and noelle find comfort in kris' presence(like leading the festival and such) but it just kind of hurts to not be a part of that, i suppose.

kinda mirrors that feeling of people prioritising their romantic partners over people whose bonds you had to claw out and make for yourself, ya know?

...next thing you know, your friend's all about their partner and the worst part is that they won't "leave" you. they just weaken the connection and leave you to yearn for what you had before. (...a bit of projecting ig, speaking as somebody who's aroace)

kris does have a crush on susie(the staring when susie asks for their type) but it just brings up uncomfortable feelings during the festival. of having to watch your friend push you aside from their life to bring in someone new.

especially with that ending cutscene... she could have brought an adult or something but it has to be... noelle? i cant help but think that susie wants noelle to be part of the "thing" she loves(the dark worlds and adventures). she even acknowledges it was a thing for her and kris(and ralsei)
