My family’s Ozoni [New Year’s soup typically containing rice cakes and vegetables]！(┛ಸ_ಸ)┛彡┻━┻

  In my family’s Ozoni recipe we use

Agodashi stock！

 Agodashi is

Stock made from the flying fish┬─┬ノ(ಠ_ಠノ)

 For the ingredients we use、

Leafy greens、mochi、kamaboko、

datemaki、shiitake mushrooms、and chicken！ಠ︵ಠ

  My favourite ingredient is、

The datemaki [Omelette with fish paste] ಠಿヮಠ
