Once agian i rolled random numbers and got this one wow this is the chapter 3 subtitle. It's just an incredibly serendipitous song for events and symbols and things that Zodiac worries about. I think abou it more as a "chapter song" instead of a character song but it's also her. Zodiac is becoming deaf to signals from art/work/the world and these things are moving out of the field of perception (but still exist). Various things are split and scrambled and for whatever reason the past is revealing itself again. In this song a clock doesn't work and the speaker's primary concern is that she's going to be prevented from going to work and lose her job. Zodiac is extremely confused and nonfunctional/disconnected from her role. Oh I realize Zodiac is also obviously the bell re: most recent page. The two subjects of this song are a bell and a clock We all know the rest

Zodiac likes emo & post-hardcore from various eras and she likes this album. There is a big cold wind somewhere in this song. It's sad and describing a dull foggy depressed and monotonous feeling/situation but i don't think it's hopeless. The whole album is occupied with a heavy nasty low feeling but it has an energy that says I'm really alive rigt now and i'm not sure about it "getting better" but i still feel very strongly about my shitty life. Zodiac doesn't come back to this album very much in the present but it used to be one of her favorites and she made Roum listen to it?I have this written down i nmy brain i guess it's true
