This code describes the circumstances of the injury, not the injury itself. For instance, if someone has a heart attack while anonymously flaming someone on the internet (we can hope, right?), the code I46.9 (Cardiac arrest, cause unspecified) is used to describe the injury, accompanied by Y93.C1. If they were using a cellphone, Y93.C2 might also be appropriate.
