Here I go!!!

Early November. The sound director of Xy posted varuous photos at Twitter about a staff meeting to celebrate XY's 1st aniversary. A cake was posted with many spoilers, that were whited out. The day after, an extremely blurry image went out and what many people noticed is that Serena's hair could be short. That image was too blurry to make out.

19th November: Pokemon Fan was leaked with info of all episodes until 12th February. By then, no people suspected.

Early December: A new preview with events until the Showcase was announced. The thing is that the event of her video hasn't happened yet. Almost no one (Vallhala/Janovy may one of the few exceptions) suspected.

25th December: While the Malamar episode aired a commercial with a silhouette of Serena aired. The most notable thing was that Serena ahir was shorter. It's when the majority of the fandom started discussing it.

31st December: In the new Year Special no info of the hair was given but there's something suspected. There's no info between the TriPokalons andCitron's Gym battle. At first, people thought that:

A) The episode were unimportant.

B) The Clemont's Gym Battle is going to be quick.

We know that the Citron's Gym won't happen until XY66 (assuming the Pyroar broadcast was meant to be for Act III) at earliest. Now it was ovious why nomimages of XY61-64 appeared in the New Year Preview.

8th January: The new OP was released. The thing is that not only her new design wasn't released (unlike some people expected) but none of the changes expected (except Goomy who happens in the very episode) was showcashed.

13th January: CoroCoro confirms that her new design will be revealed with the airing of 12th Februrary. People stille xpected to not happen there and be announced for Lumiose (myself included).

15th January, 22th january and 29th January. 3 new titles revealed through the main website. Serena doesn't appear in none of them. There weren't many suspects then because none of those episodes were related to Serena.

1th February: Two magazines was released. One of them revealed the title and a picture of a Serena episode, XY64. It was rare that Serena isn't in the picture.

Later that day, another picture arrived. And there's a scene of XY62 where Serena was barely seen. Then, Adamant noticed:

That the design don't match.

that they're trying to not show Serena in all psot Xy-60 scans (and in general, they were shown Pokemon (and a TR) scenes.

4th February: The official summary said that Serena would have surprising development. Although It was a bi iffy where it would happen.

5th February: The preview aired. And soona fter it aired, people noticed two things: 

A)The lack of Serena's performance.

B) Serena using scissors. With means that she wants to cut her hair.

8th february: Pokemon Get Tv didn't show anything else about the preview nor show Serena's performance.
