Does anyone else have safe shows or media that for some reason no matter how many times you watch it your system doesn't introject anyone from it?
We do, which means that the same series is almost always on. For us its Bob's Burgers. We love it. We've watched it a million times over by now and the best part, for some reason our brain will not introject anyone from that series which means we don't risk surprise headmates whenever we watch it unlike other shows π π π
Do you have a favorite fruit combination? Like two fruits you think compliment each other best
π€ hmm thats a good question. Most combination of berries. Mango and kiwi is also really good. Melons all compliment pretty well.
Cant think of any combination we do that may be out of the ordinary or interesting π but we do love fruit.

Our comic has been the most recent creative thing we've been doing together. But we're also working on building some IRL support/peer groups and resources for plurals in our area.
Another interpretation of the question: We have strived towards thriving multiplicity (shout out to @thecircularsystem for coining the term) which has truly helped us. It has opened up the ability to more thoroughly explore our inner world which has lead to some fun times :) Hide and seek is something we do together on occasion which has definitely been fun.
Saw some posts recently about 'roles' in systems and what 'is and isn't possible' π so let me start off with reminding everyone that every system is different and the roles or jobs within it will vary to the needs of that system.
Alright. Now that that's out of the way:
Tell us about a unique role or job in your system.
We'll go first.
We have a particular headmate who's job is dream director. His role is to monitor and redirect or guide us through nightmares and bad dreams. The need for this type of intervention has lessened over the years thankfully but during the height of our PTSD it was a lifesaving job that helped keep us from getting locked in dreams reliving some of our worst traumas.

Decided to post something a little bit different.
Tell us about your favorite part of your system.
This could be something inner world, specific headmates, specific relationship dynamics, talents, skills, quirks. Whatever. Tell me something about you and your system that just makes you happy.
We'll go first.
One of our favorite parts of our system is how we protect and step in for each other whenever things become too overwhelming. Whenever one of us struggles with intrusive thoughts or strong ideation there is always someone ready to step up and bare the brunt of reality while the other member takes a break inner world. It's been the key to our survival and I cannot thank everyone in my system enough for it.
Also just the absolute comedy show that fronting can be when there are too many people co-conning.

1. Not sure if we have one particular source with the most introjects. Currently the most active are from HH/HB though they are split on how they feel about their source. We have alot of fictives who've since fully separated from their sources.
2. Tbh we stopped counting after 60 or 70. We're a polyfragmented system and we know the number is much higher than that but a lot of our headmates like staying inner world vs fronting.
3. Oh gosh not sure we can think of one off the top of our head tbh. Other than that some of our system now refers to the body as their tamigatchi.
