“Listen.” The Uchiha finally snapped, turning sharply on his heel to face the other dark haired boy. “I don’t care if you care about this mission or not. It needs to be done and done correctly and all the way through so thats what we’re going to fucking do and then we can go on with our lives.”

One might assume that Menma and Sasuke would have gotten along due to their natures being somewhat similar, but it was in fact the opposite. At least to Sasuke.. Menma annoyed the Uchiha, there was just something about Menma that really pushed his buttons but he couldn't put a finger on it. Sasuke may not care about a lot of things either, but the things he does care about, he cares with every single blood cell in his body. And the things he did not care about, did not care to do, he still did them because they mattered to SOMEONE. 

The Uchiha clenched his jaws tightly, why did he get stuck on a mission with this fucking idiot? Of all the other ninjas in the village, why Menma? Was it because of their sour reputations that they got assigned to a mission together or was it simply not one other person needing the money for such a mission? Either way, what was done was done and this is how it was going to go for the next few days. 

@xpposition​ asked: he materializes behind her soundlessly, one second nowhere in particular, and the next, standing all too closely behind her. he lingers, and lingers, and lingers a bit too closely. there’s little space between the two and he proceeds to invade more of her own, devious hands raising to touch her. he has the mind to grab her, pull her against him and whisper something into her ear ... but he doesn’t.

she pretends not to notice. his presence—his chakra alone—is too distinct not to take note of. prior to his sudden conjuring, her attention merely minded to the array of flora in the garden; blooming at their own pace. different foliage burst from the ground while others shoot out from their stems &open where the light follows, giving hinata a place of solace to stay with her thoughts and tend to things most vulnerable to the elements.  he must’ve sensed that many of the other members were absent from their main house. that this particular spot is a place she would be at most. after a few moments, the silence grows thicker. harder to swallow, almost impossible to keep the loud beating of her heart from thumping in her ears. so she takes a soft inhale in as his energy draws near. 

Once the kiss ended, she realized it was a dare set up by the other boys and of course, she immediately felt furious and wished she could make the boys land in the hospital. But of course, she had a meeting with the other girls, some weird get-together and she ended up playing truth or dare with them - and as luck wanted it, she was dared by annoying Sakura to be nice to Menma! At first, she was furious...but then, that kiss came into her mind and she was sure to beat Sakura at her own game.

Now she was walking through the village, a tiny smirk on her face while eyes looked out for the boy who stole her heart. Sakura wanted her to be nice to Menma?

Oh, she'd be really nice to him!

The serpent had known Kushina was expecting twins, they had heard from Jiraiya himself. Two godsons for the man to shoulder the weight of. Because despite having two powerful parents, both Minato and Kushina were in delicate positions. So delicate, that it shouldn’t have come as a surprise when the Uzumaki family fell and shattered like fine porcelain. The first injustice, had been to offer the two boys no protection, after their parents died for the Hidden Leaf. The second injustice, was splitting them up.  As if losing a mother and father was not cruel as it was, the twins were forced to lose their brother as well. Curious as the serpent had been, to find out the fate of the ‘dark’ twin, a mere child accused of evil - now didn’t that strike home with the serpent in a personal way - they had been mostly unable to meddle with the affairs. It was not too long after this tragedy after all, that the Sannin was forced from their home. But their path would cross with the infamous son of Minato eventually, perhaps on an occasion that was less favorable for the serpent than they would have preferred. 

It had been some time since he had a mission with Menma that left out Sakura and while he could be annoying, Sasuke thought that it was good so he could keep an eye on him. Ever since the village had been attacked, Menma hadn't seemed himself lately. If he thought about it, ever since that mission with Jiraya, Menma seemed changed. He wasn't sure what it was but there was something off and Sasuke had a bad feeling that wouldn't leave him alone.

But he decided to ease the tension inside himself as he walked towards the gates of Konoha.

"What do you think she'll look like?" he asked, already wondering if the princess would even let him get to know her better. She must look beautiful! He couldn't help but smile at just the thought of meeting a real princess! He had been pondering for quite some time, not realizing that they eventually reached the gates and his eyes widened, immediately recognizing a girl not older than him frowning at them. She had black, flowing hair down to her hips, eyes as black as her hair and she wore what looked like a black silk robe over a red, long sleeved crop-top and a matching skirt that ended just above her knees and black, high-heels that ended where they met the skirt. She had various jewelry on display - a ring, a bracelet and a necklace. She also wore something that looked like a tiara, adorned with rubies and made out of silver.

She was indeed beautiful - even with that annoyed expression on her face!

suengri hadn’t expected to run into his uncle. he hadn’t expected him to see him at all, period. it wasn’t that he was actively avoiding him or his family... not necessarily, but still, he would have preferred if this encounter of theirs never happened. but it was far too late for that now, and when he finally registers what he had heard, he blinks. he blinks and looks down at the dead body in front of him, face contorted in agony, eyes drawn back so only the whites can be seen, and mouth agape as blood slowly dripped down... well, it wasn’t a pretty sight, that’s for sure. and as if in a trance, a small ‘oh’ escapes from light tiers and he steps back. one step, two step... then he feels warmth trickle down his fingers and he looks to down see blood. it’s not his, of course and the realization grounds him back to reality... only a bit, at least. he blinks again and remembers his uncle. right he had said something. 

he rubs bloody fingers together, mildly unbothered and uninterested by the sight before him and only by his uncles presence. 

(This implies they feel there is a difference between 'good' and 'bad', especially when the scale is their representative item.

hina registers things not within the realm of good or bad, right or wrong, correct or incorrect, instead, want and unwant, interest and disinterest. Her mood is fleeting and capricious, often basis each decision on supposed whimsy.

This, the idea of doing good or bad as a balance is, frankly, moot. Does this action benefit me, my goals, the needs I set forward? What does it serve, will I enjoy it, do I get from it?

Essentially, the question asks for a black and white morality, which hina ultimately lack. She contains a blue and orange morality, finding that if what she wants hurts people it doesn't matter, she wants it. What matters is the desire.

Since she's purely the Id given conscious form, every driving moment must be made to satisfy her current need. No morality.
