With a large yawn Carell stepped into the local coffee shop. It was a small place not far from where he lived. Carell quite enjoyed coming here. It was always warm, and smelled fresh. The only downside was that it was also fairly close to the local collage, so it was constantly swarmed with students. Carell growled and pushed someone back to their feet after their rough housing knocked them together.
In a worse than usual mood Carell growled out his order. The guy that took it wasn’t the person usually at the counter, for which he was grateful. This time it was a rather short young man. He had to be at least eighteen to work here, but on stature alone you wouldn’t be able to tell.

Atem was furious. No, no furious didn’t quite cut it as they say. Livid was a much more suitable word for how angry he was. He was shaking utterly overtaken and he needed to calm down.
It had been quite some time since he had been in a fight, and he assumed the man who met him in the alley on the way to Yuugi’s was nothing more than a duelist looking to take his title.
Atem was very wrong. The man had punched him in the face, said he wanted to settle this through something way better than a card game. Atem got away, and the man was in no better condition that he, but his blood was BOILING over the incident. He would calm down, get to Yuugi’s and have his partner patch him up.
Knocking on the door made his head ring, and smiling hurt everything but he couldn’t help himself as Yuugi opened the door. “Hello, Aibou, might I come in?”
Yuugi just casually lays over Yami and hugs him.
"---!!”
A silent ‘ uff ‘ was hearabletogether with a honestly suprised blink at the other, his mouth opened to leave off words, but he was too caught off guard -- simply had not expected that right now. However, he gulped and tried not to blush or anything stupid and embarassing like that. He awkwardly started to pat the others back.
“Uh... Hi, Yugi.”

Brink drew all manner of customers, as Dagon knew well. Some were curious souls, eager for a new place to call their own. Some were unscrupulous idiots, thinking they could cheat their way to a free meal. Others still were corrupt profiteers, insistent on buying the bar or in working with Dagon to monetize his business “properly.”
To the good ones, he showed good food and good times. To the bad ones, he showed the door. To the ones he really did not care for, he showed them his blade through their bodies. Life was such a fleeting thing.
Still as each new face strolled in to the walls of Brink, Dagon left it for them to decide their own path in here.
@xmutouyuugi It wasn’t as if he wanted to look for help. Why should he? It was pretty obvious that his friends barely realised that he had been gone for weeks now. He was taking this much harder than he had anticipated and after yet another restless night - he’d came here to Yugi’s, knocking weakly on the front door.
