Ball Handling for beginners. Gotta go game speed. When teaching beginners you almost have to start backwards. Force the pay and give them the feel by making it a race, then polish technique. You can't create robots, every bodies body style and flexibility is different. I dribbled high for a living, getting low wasn't effective for me, I learned how to work what I had.
