Questions here In that case I'll do it for Xanlos, Beleth and Folani c: 4. Does your OC have a failed friendship or relationship they still think about? What happened? Is it an unresolved regret or is there a chance for reconciliation?

Xanlos has been fairly good with treasuring and getting comfortable in his friendships thus far, but his romantic relationships are something he's definitely struggling to navigate. He utterly lacks the sense of his own worth in some areas - and it spikes up with the taste of intimacy. There he either believes he's 'enough' for his partner (very hard for him to achieve), or instead ends up stressed out of his brain about 'Getting A Good Grade In Romantic Partnership'. He left and had been left by a couple of partners already because of how tense and uncertain he ends up feeling in all this. Reconciliation would be possible if attempted, but Xanlos has no desire (or rather courage) to experience the awkwardness that comes with the 'ex' interactions.

Some of Beleth's relationships ended abruptly because his partners worked alongside him as mercenaries and not every assignment was a clean success. Still, he tries not to hold onto any regrets when it comes to that - they knew the risks and agreed to take them. There's one particular friendship from his childhood that calls for some mending or closure and there's a good chance for that, should Beleth realise he misread the situation and his friend was neither disappointed with him nor resented him. Said friend also misunderstood the reasons for Beleth not getting back in touch with him, so all that is needed is some communication.

Folani has made many skin-deep level friends, meaning no dramatic disagreements, but no one to be actually close to - yet (turns out that an unexpected adventure and ending up in peril with a stranger can speed up the 'get to know and learn to trust' processes quite a bit!). As for romance, maybe somebody will sweep them off their feet someday, but thus far it wasn't something they paid much heed to, so no heartbreaks yet, either.
