it takes place after the og show, following Oz as she cleans up the Heartbreak and tries to make it into a cool headquarters

Scara and Gaz are travelling but occasionally Scara pops in via phone call for advice and stuff

It also hours more in depth of Oz mourning Brit

Kashoggi, mourning KQ, goes to the only person he thinks he can go to: his sister, Oz. She's pissed but takes him in nonetheless, and he becomes a bohemian. Unbeknownst to her, he's secretly working on reviving Killer Queen and downloading her to a computer in the Heartbreak. There's a bunch of shenanigans but eventually they come to an agreement, that KQ can live on this computer as long as she doesn't expand beyond it or try anything evil.

Thus there's the fun little reversal of the og "Killer Queen has unlimited power over Kashoggi and can control him in every aspect of his being (and he's into it WAY too hard)" to "Kashoggi can literally program her soul and he decides how much reach she has in every aspect of her body (and no one is used to it yet)" :D

Johnny slowly walked around the piles of robots with a blank expression on his bloody face. The REDs had scattered to the winds when respawn went down. And only a handful remained of the few that chose to stay and fight. He stared blankly at a giant heavy head as he remembered how it mowed down REDs and BLUs alike. Leaving their bodies nothing more than piles of broken bones, and torn flesh.

Walking past the giant, he saw a hint of blue in the distance among the robot corpses. “Great…anothah one…” As he went to retrieve his radio from his pocket. He saw whoever, or whatever, move a little. Murmuring a soft “What in god’s green earth?” He slowly approached. He wasn’t too concerned about the person being a robotic spy. In fact, he really didn’t care. Spy bots were easy to kill once their cloak and disguises were compromised. He’d just shoot it a few times and call it a day.

As he got closer he began to recognize who it was he was sneaking up on. And began seeing telltale signs that this person was not a spy. Johnny cursed his luck that he’d be the one to find *The* BLU scout. And began thinking of his next course of action. Seeing as he was in no mood to start a fight. He chose to take one of the small med kits in his pack and lightly toss it in the BLU’s direction. It landed a few feet away with a soft thud.

Jeremy started, brought out of... wherever he was.  Once he saw the medkit, he realized his arm was badly burned.  Apparently it had been stinging this whole time.

Derren coughed into his fist as he stood next to a near-broken GRN dispenser, opening his hand to notice blood trailing down his fingers. With a slight grimace, he adjusted the shattered lenses upon his face before pacing over to the BLU Scout.

He silently took a seat next to the boy before glancing over the mounds of scrap, upon which stood his sister Karen, ever watchful. “…There was no time to mourn them,” he sighed bitterly. “…especially not after they stopped coming back. We had a war to fight.”

The Sniper shakily stood up before slamming the end of his claymore into the gravel below. Taking a few moments to himself, he clasped his hands together, closed his eyes, and bowed respectfully.

“But, now that it’s over… we have all the time we need.”

Scout was equally confused and grateful that the magical duo had helped them fight off the endless waves of robots (after all, those “damn mechs” hated nothing more than magic), but he had conflicting feelings that Derren was talking about mourning a group he’d never bunked with.

The GRN team was always in its own league with its own mercs, and as a BLU, Scout never really knew who they were fighting with or against--

Ashton was just barely making her way through, needing healing. She was nearly blown to bits by the giant Demo and Soldier bots, and their own Medic was long gone. Taken out by a robo-Spy.

Her eye caught attention of Jeremy, seeing him in emotional pain. She was relying on the one broken Dispenser where everyone else was. In a painful fashion, she stood up from her seat and limped over to him, sitting on the ground across from his seat.

She used one hand to take off her Herald’s Helm, revealing her scratched up face. “…hey. I got something for you.”

Her hand reached for her bag and pulled out an untouched Sandvich. It was apart of her lunch. “I don’t want you to sit by yourself. Can’t let a fellow Scout be the loner of the group, heh.” She chuckled weakly.

It took a moment for him to register there was someone in front of him.  Once he realized it was another Scout, he let out a laugh that turned into a cough.

“Aheh... y-yeah, it’s not in our nature to be alone,” he said, smiling for the first time in ages.

I had a nightmare, so I’m gonna do a thing!
