The Confirmation of Wulfrich (14/16)
Wulfrich was standing in the inner sanctum of the water god Danai. The forbidden inner sanctum - it was taboo for any creature but a cleric of Danai to stand in this chamber!
Wulfrich heard breathing! Fearing Tragrich and company, he leapt to his feet and looked around wildly, but saw nobody. He seemed to be alone in the strange cave.
(This is not a good place to hide,) a voice said. It was genderless and came from everywhere.
"Hello?" Wulfrich said. Was this Tragrich messing with him? Or was this something else?
The voice came again. (You have something of mine,) it said. (Show it to me.)
Wulfrich took a moment to realize that the voice was talking about the vial. He pulled it from the pocket wherein he'd put it and offered it to the air.
The vial lifted itself out of his hands and floated into the exact center of the chamber!
