Bio: Kida  Renee’ Valentine was born in Los Angeles, CA to Joseph and Selene Davenport, owners of media empire Marblegate Studios. She attended UCLA, majoring in Communications. Valentine is also a Delta Sigma Theta alumni. After graduating Summa Cum Laude, she moved across country to New York City where she secured an internship at WTBS before taking over as head anchor after gathering enough experience. Within months, WTBS expanded to two other cities, with plans to go international in the future. Currently, she is married to Chicago Bulls’ point guard Yosef Valentine and they have a 2 year old daughter, Sade. When she’s not reporting the news, Valentine spends her remaining time writing pieces and conducting interviews for Vibez Sim Magazine, a prominent magazine dedicated to people of color.

Bio: Don’t call her “The Melanated Martha Stewart”. Parker says she can cook circles around her on a bad day. Parker Hill was born in Baltimore, Maryland but was raised in Los Angeles California. She is a close childhood friend of Kida Valentine. Parker attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and became a prominent sous chef at one of Los Angeles most upscale restaurants, Spago. She also attended UCLA and graduated with a degree in Business Economics. She was recruited by WTBS  in January 2018 and is now the star of her cooking own show, Entree’s & Chill with Parker Hill.

Bio: Coined the “Nighttime King of Shade”, “Wielder of the Death Note” and “The Supreme Wig Snatcher”, Eric Allen Jr. was born In Kansas City, Kansas and doesn’t speak on his family life because its “Not Your Damn Business But Just Know It Ain’t Dysfunctional.” He graduated with honors from HBCU Howard University where he says he always suspected good ole Tyrone Hankerson was running scams out the Financial Aid Office. He currently has 3 books on the New York Times Best Seller list and is not above pulling your wig off on national tv.

Bio: Alvetta Simpson was born in Beverly Hills, California to owners of a shipping empire. Despite being the sole heir to the family business, she handed the torch to her younger brother to follow her own path and moved to the east coast. Alvetta graduated from Harvard University with an MBA in Business and runs her own successful interior design business that spans 12 states. Recently, she gained an interest in media and was hired at WTBS as one of two chief meteorologists. She also models and currently has an album on iTunes.
