The WSIS +10 Outcome Document
“WSIS +10 Outcome Document” may be the kind of title that immediately makes your eyes glaze over, but don’t be fooled, the effects of this multinational agreement will ripple through every internet user’s life. It reaffirms and builds upon the Tunis Agenda, calling for an open, free internet that advances human rights and international development and incorporates the (also newly minted) Sustainable Development Goals.
