Just a thought...
I don't know if anyone else goes through this, I'm guessing yes because the world is big and no one can have a truly original happening/moment. But I have many worlds, so many many worlds that swim around in my head. I often focus on one of them, but then comes the time it slowly... but surely... starts to drift. I almost desperately cling onto that world, begging for it not to leave my grasp. My sights, my thoughts, my ideas all running out and so too does the strength of my hold. Until it eventually is let go. Usually, this is due to a different world popping up in my head. The ideas for it start to be remembered, and I find my attention is drawn to it more. I feel like it's happening now. I have a world, FellswapOUTER, that I've clung onto for maybe a month now. I originally came up with the idea awhile ago, but it drifted, and then it came back, and then it drifted again. I have other worlds, such as VerseVerse and Ruinaverse. I have my random Flipflop multiverse that occasionally pops up. The world I'm now finding myself slipping back over to is VerseVerse. I'm watching some videos about Frieren : Beyond Journey's End. A very wonderful Anime if I say so myself, I loved it. The way this man speaks of the world, the story, it makes me wanna sit back down and work on VerseVerse. I want to build upon that world, to try and see if I can write down that first chapter... But I so dearly don't wish to lose my hold on FellswapOUTER, because I want to draw the characters, draw their cards out, and finally bring those characters to life! To let them run free and out of my head. Though... I guess maybe it would do me some good to let it go? huh? To let all the ideas I built on it, settle. Let the dust fall to the ground like snow, and give it a moment of rest. It's good to take a step back from your work, because if you keep looking at the individual details you'll never see the big picture. I don't wanna let it go, but I feel like I should. I'll come back to it, one day, I know I will. Something will surely spark the motivation that originally caused me to work on FellswapOUTER, and I'll probably still have the occasional Daydream with it. I've let it sit once, I'll let it sit again. Has anyone else had this happen?
I'm thinking of changing my username on here... Finalize the spread of MUTT!!!
hehe, so silly > ^<)/
