LITTLE QUIRKS IN CHARACTERS :
What they do when happy :
Lucie hums or sings to herself. Takes time to draw, read or to shuffle her tarot deck. Spends time with friends and have a chat. Goes for a night walk and admire the world around.
Ilya acts more aloof. Body language open and casual. Sticks in shared places to talk with people. Takes better care of themselves and looks healthier. Sounds nicer and more approacheable.
Host rarely express happiness but might throw a party with friends and dance. She does two little happy claps when something goes her way.
What they do when stressed :
Lucie : Plays with her hands. Eat her nails or her skin. Plays with things (hem of a shirt, clicks a pen, pull at her tie, etc.) Isolate. Copes with music. Speaks too much and too quickly.
Ilya : Pulls at their own hair until it falls. Rubs their temples. Pinch the bridge of their nose to relieve pressure. Sweats a lot. Lie -badly- to get out of the situation. Sticks to loved ones. Takes care of their gun in preparation.
Host : Plays with her peircings to sooth herself. Hurt herself a little (pokes her finger with a pieircing, bite her tongue, pinch herself on the arm, etc.). Isolate and locks herself somewhere safe. Focuses on work. Journal and makes lists of pros and cons to better understand the situation and calm down.
What they do when sad :
Lucie cries very easily. Breaks down and sob too much. Calls for help and get clingy.
Ilya does not cry a lot and tends to isolate to hide their sadness. They get angry easily if someones sees them or try to help.
Host drinks alcohol. Sleeps way more. Losts themselves in researches to avoid thinking. Plans out a new tatoo or a new body modification as a coping mechanism and a way to still want a tommorow to happen.
What they do when scared :
Lucie looks for help immediatly. She counts on her web of powerful and smart people to deal with every situations. She hides behind people. She runs and hide if alone. She forgets she is the danger.
Ilya shoots at anything that is scary and potentially dangerous. Their instinct is to destroy anything they do not understand and wich might be a nuisance. If they are deprived of their gun, or in a situation where they cannot act to save themselves, they will beg and promise anything, even lie to get themselves out of a bad situation.
Host is rarely scared or repulsed by anything. She hides her fright quite well and might propose a deal or bluff her way out of danger.
What they do when angry :
Lucie cries in frustration and escape the situation to go cool off somewhere. She is rarely angry and often abandons a fight or is the one to say sorry first.
Ilya acts violent and hit/kick things : walls, furnitures, rocks... They shout and try to intimidate others. They are quick to anger. They never hit people but expect a medal for that.
Host acts defensive and crosses her arms. Sits or lay against a wall to seem aloof and calm. Tries to hide her anger. Use logic and words to win.
What they do when tired :
Lucie is never really tired, due to being a visitor. But hunger makes her stagnant, and she sleeps a lot, as if hibernating, all day and most nights.
Ilya acts like they are never tired but they always look exhausted. They are quicker to anger and to be violent when tired. They are also more prone to be clumsy and irritable.
Host takes good care of herself and goes to take a nap. If she needs to stay awake for whatever reason, a bit of coffee or whiskey will keep her awake. She may be less chatty and a bit colder when really tired, and seek calm and isolation.
What they do to give themselves courage :
Lucie holds on on her jewelry, that was gifted by friends. She plays with her bracelet to reminds herself who she is still surviving for.
Ilya looks for someone they love and spend some time with them. They may act a bit more cuddly if they are really afraid.
Host daydreams about the future and the consequences of her work and actions. Dreams of changing the world for the best.
Cute little quirks :
Lucie does crochet and often offers gifts to others. She changes her ties to her mood. She reads cards as a hobby and likes to amuse people with it. She sings under the shower. She insists on cooking even tho she cannot really eat human food.
Ilya makes food for all those they care about and take great consideration about their regimes and preferences. They paint little pieces of sky on their stuff, in secret. They love to do miniatures of trains and consider learning about mechanisms and machineries to be fun, and might take apart some machines just for the pleasure of building them back up again.
Host fills in her tatooes when she is bored, with makeup or pens. She switches her peircings to coordinate with her outfit and make up of the day. She offers homemade jewelry to friends, like khandi bracelets. She makes music playlists for people and little messages for friends in her emissions.
