I've been so lazy at doing these, I'm sorry if I ignored yours. I'll try to get to it.
1. What’s your favorite book-to-movie adaptation?
The Princess Bride. Better than the book. Yes. I just said that. :P
2. What is your opinion of the Twilight books, movies, or both?
The books got worse with each one. The movies got better (though I have not seen the last two, so I don't know), Eclipse was actually pretty good though. I went through three stages with the books: first I really loved them, then I really hated them, now I just don't care. I'm not gonna waste my time hating something. Especially since I've read much worse books than Twilight since then.
3. What is your favorite genre to read?
Young Adult fantasy/adventure.
4. How many books are there in your room currently?
I don't know, couple hundred. I'm the only one in my house who reads or owns books.
5. Last book you read and would you recommend it?
Last book I read was Insurgent, which is the sequel to Divergent by Veronica Roth. I definitely recommend it if you like fast paced, action driven dystopia.
6. Who is an author you have qualms about (aka, you like some of his/her writing, but not all, etc)?
Hmmm, Neil Gaiman. I loved Neverwhere, but then Stardust was kind of meh, and American Gods was just okay.
7. What’s your favorite movie (doesn’t have to be book related)?
This is the same as asking me my favorite book, I don't have just one. The newest one... The Avengers probably.
8. Who is your favorite fictional character (just one)?
9. Which fictional character would you trade lives with for just one day?
Hermione Granger... but on the day where she just goes to classes... not any of the crazy days. lol
10. Worst reading experience you’ve ever had?
White Noise... or Shatter Me... both books made me want to tear them to pieces and set them on fire.
11. What is one book that turned out to be better than you anticipated?
Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell. I'm not big on romance novels, so I wasn't expecting it to like it as much as I did.
12. Name your favorite book and who you would cast to play the main character(s) in a movie adaptation please.
Ah, I'm incapable of picking actors for characters. No one ever looks how I picture them *runs away*
