so far, this is the last page of my wing journal - which is about PASSIVE soaring wings. vultures, condors, and even (some) pelicans have them!
they are also low on energy usage and have poor agility. they have splayed primary feathers which help for air lift yet causes these birds with these wings to be slower. this is why vultures primarily have long but slow flight times. :]

so ive learned there are different types of wings !!! these are active soaring wings; albatross and gulls and terns mostly have these wings.
theyre also known as dynamic soaring !! theyre long and narrow with low energy and high endurance usage !!
