Workout Archive Cold Edition
I messed up my routine for a week so Iβm down ten pounds on chest presses (150 to 140) and on the bench (100 to 90). Started doing core work today, I can already feel it in my stomach. Curls are still at 25, Pulls are still at 25.
My knees were acting up so I only made it through 2/3s of a mile today. Disappointing but unavoidable.
Estrogen and anti-androgens make lasting gains very difficult to secure. Mostly Iβm just treading water. Iβm still very happy with where I am though. If I can stay as I am and build up my core then Hot Girl Summer is going to be insane.
