i have a new favorite exercise machine ... its the Ab Coaster.. its soooo fun omg XD it works but its fun to swing on it and stuff omg
so it's only been about a week
but already, according to my belt, I've lost a couple inches off my hips. I used to be able to comfortably jog to the end of my street (which is like, 4 houses) before starting to breath a bit harder, but now I can go as far as the school close to here which is about double to triple the distance of before. Not to mention while I am going for a walk/jog I can jog a bit longer than before and I'm not as winded as the first time by the time I get back home. I've managed to cut down the time it gets here from late 50's-early60's to early 50s (I think I got here at about 52-53 last night). Still can't do a proper push-up to save my life. But I can do them against my bed and at that height and at my current weight that means I'm lifting roughly about 80 pounds.
I'm not really watching what I eat but I am being mindful of what I eat. Like, upped my fruits and veggies (cause can never get enough of those and a good source of fiber and long lasting, slower acting sugars than in say, chocolate). Eating a shit ton more protein (which I'm finding is keeping me full and satisfied for a really long time. Like I had supper at about 6 today and now it's five hours later and sure I could snack [and I did grab a handful of mixed nuts to help restore the protein that my body has used to work out tonight] but I don't really need to). And I've majorly cut down on carbs. I'm still eating them cause I need them of course, but I'm looking for whole-grain stuff and what not instead of just eating white this and plain that. As for snacking? Yeah man I'm snacking on shit. But the only things I really want to snack on is popcorn or maybe a handful of mixed nuts/fruit. I actually ate some chocolate earlier and while I could have finished off the package a couple weeks ago I timed out after having a couple of pieces. It was really weird.
And weight wise? I think I've dropped about 2-3 pounds which isn't really all too much but considering I've put on noticeable muscle mass and with muscle being heavier than fat, I've probably dropped more.
And this has only been about a week. A week and two days in about half an hour. I'm just sitting here thinking what I can do in a year's time. It's actually pretty exciting thinking about it.
I'm sorry I keep ranting about this.....no I'm not this is my blog
