These women work in a diner not far from the Venture Compound. The blonde woman may have been an earlier design for Margaret Fictel and the brunette woman a version of Nikki Fictel as they share similarities. These women appear exhausted and unable to tolerate difficult patrons for long so they likely work long hours. They are probably accustom to strange people seeing as they are near the compound.
