WorkFu is refreshed, now how about you?
When you created your profile we asked you to choose keywords that best represent your expertise, interest and skill-set. Those keywords contributed to your Fu Score as well as the Influence Graph which validates your talents. Profile complete, Influence Graph displayed, a few good reads added to your list and maybe, you shared your profile with a few friends, but have you looked at it lately?
Internet, developer, designer, digital are some of the more popular keywords used across WorkFu. Add to those; PHP, Ruby, Linux and the many, many, skills of the Talented and you have an ever growing list because the Talent keeps getting better. Better because with every freelance project we hone our skills. What have you done lately and have you updated your “Skills”? We suggest a glance over your keywords at the completion of every job or two to ensure you are best represented. And don’t worry if your keywords list seems long, you’re just really talented.
A Fresh New WorkFu
Welcome to the new WorkFu. We asked for User comments and suggestions of how we could make WorkFu better and this is the result.

7 Days to the New WorkFu
Today we begin the countdown to the new WorkFu. It's easy to get excited when the design looks this good
but as they say, "looks aren't everything." When WorkFu began, the goal was to create a beautiful, super simple web platform that recommends opportunities and talent to you based upon the networks you use everyday and to that goal we remain committed.
The improved WorkFu is beautiful, super simple and will continue to deliver the most relevant opportunities to the best talent. Here are some of the changes:
Homepage: Beyond it's beautiful design, WorkFu equally appeals to both the freelancer and to the talent seekers. The message is clear, we are a site for freelance opportunity.
Your profile: Appears less cluttered and has some scope for personalisation.
Opportunities: Creating an opportunity is managed on a single page with live preview.
Response management: We've made it less of a task and more of an opportunity to build your network.
Messaging: We'd like to get people talking so we have improved the messaging and added threaded response.
That's just some of the better bits. We look forward to sharing the new site with you next week.

"Whether you're looking for a freelance opportunity, a new career or in fact any type of work opportunity, WorkFu will present all available opportunities ordered according to their relevance to you"
Still in Beta, they analyze your networks and connections and recommend keywords that they think represent you (which can be modified). Then they can "rate an opportunity's relevance"for you based on a "FuScore (%)".
You can manage your 'Smart Profile', keywords, reading list, links & networks to build a beautifully presented, live description of yourself and your skill-set.
Your smart profile will adjust on-the-fly to highlight the skills & achievements that best match the opportunity.
This post on the Smarterer Blog also discusses this as on of "5 Startups Revolutionizing Your Job Search."

Fu helps you navigate the roughly "400 jobs posted on Twitter every minute" via a web app that'll scour them, sort them by relevance, and even let you "apply with one click", hopefully for a high-paying position that involves about that same level of brain power and activity.
To get gainful, just punch in your Tweet-deets, and it'll scan your profile for networks, connections, links, etc., then spit out a bunch of keywords ("Technology", "Medicine", "Freelance"...) that you can add/subtract to best define what you're looking for, though if you're using this tool, "micro-blogging" can probably be assumed.
Once you're happy, it'll rank each listing by means of a "FuScore" based on how well it matches your interests, and how connected you are to the poster, so hopefully you won't have to rely on 140 character references.
