What You’ll Do:
Design, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
Build high-converting lead generation funnels that drive B2B and B2C growth.
Analyze data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with sales and content teams to create engaging landing pages, ads, and campaigns.
Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → conversion → retention).
Manage and scale paid advertising budgets while maintaining strong ROI and CPL targets.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
Implement and manage marketing automation workflows (email sequences, lead nurturing).
Conduct audience research & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize SEO and content marketing strategies to increase organic traffic and leads.
Track and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems.
Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking across platforms.
Build and optimize high-converting landing pages (UX/UI + copy alignment).
Generate qualified leads and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team.
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase conversions.
Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
Identify and fix funnel drop-offs and performance bottlenecks.
Work with developers/designers to implement tracking, CRO, and technical improvements.
Explore and test new growth channels (TikTok Ads, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing).
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation (e-commerce or FMCG preferred).
Expert in Google Ads, social media campaigns, SEO, SEM, and email automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Excellent communicator with a passion for driving measurable results.
Education: At least Bachelor Degree in any Discipline.

$40,000 – $65,000 annually + performance-based bonuses
