just had 1st staff meeting of the year and boss admitted (VERBALLY) we’re understaffed, that case numbers grew 34% compared to 2024, and also that another person is leaving (someone who’s been there for 9+ years)

#can’t wait to see who leaves this year. several people quit last year / didn’t last for long #and i cannot blame them.#and what may you ask am i doing here? well i get my health benefits as long as i work 30 hrs while in school and i cannot shake up my life #by switching jobs/potentially losing benefits.#until at least i’m done with school next year #excuses! i know.#work board
