Vibrantly Contributing… That is how my morning began, a 7:30AM soundcheck to navigate the audio in Fort Calgary. Today, Vibrant Communities Calgary held a Town Hall, involving CEOs, Executive Directors, Presidents, Community Leaders and the like - Connecting about Literacy Advocacy & Poverty Reduction. It is an honourable feeling of Relevance and Validation, being invited to share pieces of Poetry that speak to the Intersectional details of the themes. Literacy, Poverty, Community. They, as concepts are far bigger than they are as single words. I cannot express my gratitude for including my Poetry to assist in delivering the details, often difficult details.
