The way you talk to yourself & see yourself can make the biggest difference on your journey to success. Shift your vocabulary & outlook to be your #1 supporter rather than your #1 critic. By recognizing all the positives things you did in your day or you've done in your life you see yourself in the light of a winner because you are a winner, even the little wins are wins. But if you constantly remind yourself of everything you haven't done or have done wrong you subconsciously start to feel like its never enough or you're not enough. When you're talking to yourself or reflecting on your actions react as if you were talking to a parent or a sibling, even a best friend. A lot of the things & ways we think of our selves are ways in which we would never openly tell another person, so why would we acknowledge ourselves in that way. You are your greatest invest so see yourself as someone worth a million dollars because baby you're worth it. You're worth seeing yourself as light at all times, even on your worst days, you are still light. We’re all human, perfection is simply not obtainable so stop shooting for that. Stop thinking if perfection wasn't met you didn't succeed. Why would you want to be perfect or do everything perfect? There's so much beauty in an up & down journey because that's where growth, gratitude, & character come from. See all the positive things you've accomplished to this point & recognize how far you've came because at some point where you are now is where you used to want to be. Slow down & enjoy life for everything it is & enjoy everything that you are because you were made the way you are for a reason. You're unique so your journey shall be unique & attuned to your human experience. Be easier on yourself, we’re all human simply navigating the experience of life. Love yourself with all the love in the world & talk to yourself in the purist form because you are deserving of patience, kindness, & endless love.
